class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>La NADH (nicotinamide ad\u00e9nine dinucl\u00e9otide r\u00e9duit) est une coenzyme biologique essentielle pour le m\u00e9tabolisme \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de toutes les cellules vivantes.<br \/>\nLa NADH est produite lors de la d\u00e9gradation des aliments, notamment des glucides, des lipides et des prot\u00e9ines par certains m\u00e9tabolismes cellulaires. Elle est ensuite utilis\u00e9e dans les mitochondries pour produire de l\u2019ATP (ad\u00e9nosine triphosphate), qui est la principale source d\u2019\u00e9nergie pour les cellules.<br \/>\nLa NADH est une petite mol\u00e9cule compos\u00e9e de deux nucl\u00e9otides, l\u2019ad\u00e9nine et le ribose, ainsi que de deux groupes phosphate et d\u2019un groupe nicotinamide. Le groupe nicotinamide est la partie active de la mol\u00e9cule qui permet \u00e0 la NADH d\u2019accepter et de donner des \u00e9lectrons dans les r\u00e9actions de r\u00e9duction-oxydation (redox).
