Les t\u00e9lom\u00e8res sont des s\u00e9quences d&#8217;ADN r\u00e9p\u00e9titives situ\u00e9es aux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s des chromosomes, et ils prot\u00e8gent l&#8217;ADN des d\u00e9gradations et des instabilit\u00e9s. Le r\u00f4le physiologique de la t\u00e9lom\u00e9rase est d&#8217;une importance vitale pour l&#8217;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 g\u00e9nomique et la stabilit\u00e9 des cellules. Dans les cellules somatiques, la t\u00e9lom\u00e9rase est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement moins active, ce qui entra\u00eene un raccourcissement progressif des t\u00e9lom\u00e8res \u00e0 chaque cycle de r\u00e9plication cellulaire. La TERT poss\u00e8de une activit\u00e9 de transcriptase inverse, ce qui signifie qu&#8217;elle est capable de synth\u00e9tiser l&#8217;ADN \u00e0 partir d&#8217;un mod\u00e8le d&#8217;ARN. Elle est commercialis\u00e9e sous forme d&#8217;extraits prolongeant la vie en Chine, depuis plus de 2000 ans. La recherche pharmacologique indique que le composant extrait d&#8217;astragale peut augmenter l&#8217;activit\u00e9 de la t\u00e9lom\u00e9rase et a des effets antioxydants, en neutralisant des radicaux libres qui perturbent le fonctionnement cellulaire. On lui pr\u00eate \u00e9galement des vertus anti-inflammatoires et<br \/>\nanticanc\u00e9reuses. Par ailleurs, l\u2019extrait est int\u00e9ressant car hypolipid\u00e9miant, anti hyperglyc\u00e9miant et c\u2019est \u00e9galement un h\u00e9pato protecteur. Enfin, l\u2019extrait d\u2019astragale a des vertus expectorantes et diur\u00e9tiques.<br \/>\nUn extrait de la racine s\u00e9ch\u00e9e de l\u2019astragale, appel\u00e9 TA-65, a \u00e9t\u00e9 associ\u00e9 \u00e0 un effet anti-\u00e2ge significatif sur le syst\u00e8me immunitaire (4). En effet, une \u00e9tude r\u00e9cente datant de 2021 affirme que le cycloastrag\u00e9nol, une mol\u00e9cule pr\u00e9sente dans l\u2019astragale, est actuellement le seul produit naturel comme activateur de la t\u00e9lom\u00e9rase (5).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><section class=\"l-section wpb_row height_medium\"><div class=\"l-section-h i-cf\"><div class=\"g-cols vc_row via_grid cols_1 laptops-cols_inherit tablets-cols_inherit mobiles-cols_1 valign_top type_default stacking_default\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><h3 class=\"w-text\"><span class=\"w-text-h\"><span class=\"w-text-value\">L\u2019extrait d\u2019astragale a fait ses preuves de ses effets sur l\u2019homme<\/span><\/span><\/h3><div class=\"wpb_text_column us_custom_432d3f53\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>Une \u00e9tude \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e sur 117 personnes positive au cytom\u00e9galovirus, un virus de la famille de l\u2019herp\u00e8s. Ces personnes ont entre 53 et 87 ans et la moiti\u00e9 a re\u00e7u de l\u2019extrait d\u2019astragale, le TA-65 un activateur de la t\u00e9lom\u00e9rase et l\u2019autre moiti\u00e9 un placebo. Cette \u00e9tude r\u00e9sume les r\u00e9sultats sur les modifications de la longueur des t\u00e9lom\u00e8res sur une p\u00e9riode d&#8217;un an. Il en r\u00e9sulte que les sujets prenant la dose de TA-65 ont significativement augment\u00e9 la longueur de leurs t\u00e9lom\u00e8res au cours de la p\u00e9riode de 12 mois, tandis que les sujets du groupe placebo ont significativement perdu en longueur de t\u00e9lom\u00e8res. Ainsi, les r\u00e9sultats sugg\u00e8rent que le TA-65 peut allonger les t\u00e9lom\u00e8res de mani\u00e8re statistiquement et \u00e9ventuellement cliniquement significative (6). Une efficacit\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9e de la T\u00e9lom\u00e9rase plus sur la rigidit\u00e9 des art\u00e8res. Des exp\u00e9riences in vivo et in vitro ont confirm\u00e9 que l\u2019astragaloside IV a des effets anti-stress oxydatifs, donc contre les effets n\u00e9fastes des radicaux libres sur les cellules et anti-inflammatoires. L\u2019astragaloside IV joue aussi un r\u00f4le anti-\u00e9pith\u00e9lio-m\u00e9senchymateux, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire qu\u2019elle \u00e9vite que les cellules r\u00e9nales subissent une transition en se transformant et ainsi faire une fibrose : la fibrose participerait \u00e0 n\u00e9croser le rein \u00e0 cause de l\u2019\u00e9paisseur de son tissu. Il peut prot\u00e9ger contre les l\u00e9sions isch\u00e9miques et hypoxiques des cellules myocardiques, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire le r\u00e9tr\u00e9cissement des art\u00e8res. Il peut inhiber l&#8217;hypertrophie myocardique et la fibrose myocardique, donc l\u2019\u00e9paississement et le raidissement des parois des ventricules. Il peut am\u00e9liorer la contractilit\u00e9 myocardique et am\u00e9liorer la dysfonction diastolique, ce qui signifie am\u00e9liorer la fonction du muscle cardiaque att\u00e9nuer la dysfonction endoth\u00e9liale vasculaire et favoriser l&#8217;angiogen\u00e8se, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire la cr\u00e9ation de nouveaux vaisseaux.
