Trees planted

Tonnes of CO2 absorbed

Paris-Marseille trip offset.

We have decided to adopt a responsible approach to contribute to the preservation of our environment. With every order placed with us, we donate a percentage of the order to tree planting initiatives.

Each tree planted during its lifetime will absorb a certain amount of carbon dioxide (CO2) from the atmosphere. This is due to the process of photosynthesis, where trees absorb CO2 and release oxygen into the air.

With the amount of CO2 that will be absorbed by the trees planted through your efforts, it is equivalent to offsetting 876 round trips from Paris to Marseille or nearly an entire Paris to New York journey on an A380.

At Longevity Sciences Lab, we are committed to contributing to a more environmentally friendly and sustainable world. We understand that our business activities can have a significant impact on the environment, which is why we have decided to take measures to mitigate this impact and take action for the planet.

We have recently implemented a tree planting initiative that involves planting trees for every order placed on our website. We are proud to partner with Trees for the Future, a nonprofit organization that assists local communities in Africa to plant trees in nine different countries. We are delighted to continue this environmental initiative in the future.

We are aware that trees are not only important for absorbing CO2 from the atmosphere, but they also play a crucial role in protecting the ecosystem and the animals that inhabit it. Trees contribute to the creation of natural habitats for many animal species, promoting biodiversity and preserving local ecosystems. In addition, trees also offer numerous benefits to local communities, such as providing employment opportunities, food resources, reducing soil erosion, improving water quality, and much more.

At Longevity Sciences Lab, we take pride in participating in this tree planting initiative, which has a positive impact on the environment, biodiversity, and local communities. We hope that, with your support, we can continue to implement environmentally friendly actions to contribute to a more sustainable world.

Trees have the ability to store the carbon dioxide (CO2) present in the atmosphere and convert it into oxygen. This ability is essential in combating climate change. According to scientific data, a mature tree can absorb up to 25 kilograms of CO2 per year.

To calculate how many tons of CO2 are absorbed by a planted tree, it is necessary to consider its lifespan. For a tree with a lifespan of approximately 150 years, This means that over its lifetime, a mature tree can absorb up to 3,750 kilograms (or 3.75 metric tons) of CO2. ( 25 x 150 = 3 750)
